Refund policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened. (i.e. shrink wrap intact, sealed booster packs, etc.) and in the same condition they were delivered in.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. Synapses Games does not cover shipping costs on returns.
  • The customer will not be reimbursed for any items that Synapses Games does not receive.
  • Synapses Games will only issue refunds on items after they are received.
